The most space efficient office building in Guadalajara (BOMA rating: 94.1%), Allius is located in Guadalajara's most urban section, the Lafayette neighborhood. The building was conceived as energy efficient (LEED certification under way) and low mainteinance. Located in the heart of the city, the building also has one of the best parking-to-leasable area ratios in the city (1 space pero each 19.1 sq m).
